We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. if you are not satisfied and would like to return an item, please follow the below policy guidelines, and initiate your request via the portal at the link below.
*Exchanges can only be processed for a different color and/or size of the same style. We cannot process an exchange for a different style.
*All items marked as "Clearance" are final sale and not returnable. Undergarments are not eligible for return.
*We do not accept returns from 3rd party retailers, only for items purchased on AvalancheOutdoorSupply.com.
*Outgoing shipping charges are not refunded.
We do not offer free return or exchange shipping for international orders.
In order to receive a refund for your purchase, your return must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Merchandise must be returned unused and unwashed, with original hangtags still attached. All items are subject to inspection.
*During the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the return window has been extended to 30 days.
Processing a Return
To process a return, please visit our returns processing page (link below), enter your order number and email address, then select the items you would like to return. A prepaid return label will be then be generated and emailed to you. Refunds can take up to 15 business days to be initiated from the date of delivery back to our warehouse.
