Refund policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. if you are not satisfied and would like to return an item, please follow the below policy guidelines.

In order to receive a refund for your purchase, your return must meet the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Merchandise must be returned unused and unwashed, with original hangtags still attached. All items are subject to inspection.

*All items marked as "Clearance" are final sale and not returnable. Undergarments are not eligible for return.

*We do not accept returns from 3rd party retailers, only for items purchased on AvalancheOutdoorSupply.com.

*Outgoing shipping charges are not refunded. 

*Exchanges can only be processed for a different color and/or size of the same style. We cannot process an exchange for a different style.
